采用单一来源采购方式的原因及说明： 广西南宁合一生物防治技术 成立于2010年5月，是我区一家从事生物防治应用技术研发、天敌昆虫工厂化生产的企业，公司研发团队由国际知名昆虫学博士、国际知名农业政策及推广博士、机械设计制造工程师及多名农业学士组成。
赤眼蜂具强地理区系适应征候，时交性极强，无论寄生能力，繁殖强度均受区系环境影响，购进本地种而达到高效果，同时赤眼蜂是甘蔗螟虫主要寄生天敌，寄生率高，其对时间要求严格，蜂源生产企业极少，来源较为单一，广西南宁合一生物防治技术 是目前唯一能提供足够数量、质量合格的蜂卡企业，具有唯一性。
综合以上因素考虑，根据《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第三十一条“符合下列情形之一的货物或者服务，可以依照本法采用单一来源方式采购：（一）只能从唯一供应商处采购的；（二）发生了不可预见的紧急情况不能从其他供应商处采购的”规定，本项目符合采用单一来源的方式采购，由广西南宁合一生物防治技术 承担该项目的物业管理服务。
