3、投标人资格要求
投标人应具备的资格或业绩:（1）资格要求
Requirements for Qualification of Bidder
A．如果投标人为境内注册公司，投标人需提供合法有效的企业法人营业执照、税务登记证及组织机构代码证或证照合一的营业执照；
如果投标人为境外注册公司，需提供有效的公司登记注册证明；
A．The bidder within the customs territory shall provide valid independent legal person business license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate, or combined certificate and business license;
The bidder outside the customs territory shall provide valid certificate to prove valid business registration certificate.

★ 投标人所投标注水泵橇应为制造商的成熟产品，买方不接受新试制产品。
The skids of the marking pump submitted by the bidder shall be the mature products of the manufacturer. The buyer does not accept new trial products.
（3）业绩要求Requirement for Bidder's reference:
★ 投标产品制造商需自2010年1月1日（以合同签订时间为准至此次投标截止日期）具有2台套及以上的供货业绩(流量≥100m3/h，扬程≥1400m，BB3泵型，介质生产水)；
投标人须按规定格式提交业绩表，并提交相关业绩证明文件。业绩证明文件包括但不限于：
a)销售合同复印件（含相关技术附件）；
b)用户签字或盖章的到货验收证明材料。
投标人所提交的业绩证明文件必须至少体现以下内容：货物名称、供货数量、离心泵的主要参数（流量、扬程、泵型、介质）。未提交业绩证明文件，或所提供的业绩证明文件无法验证以上内容的，均视为无效业绩。
The bidding products that meet the requirements of this project (Capacity≥100m3/h，Head≥1400m，BB3，Medium produced water) should hA/Ve two or more sets of application performance on New oilfield project within ten years and hA/Ve a good record of stable operation ;
The bidder shall submit the performance form in the prescribed format and the relevant performance proof documents. Performance documents include, but are not limited to:
a) Copies of the sales contract (including relevant technical attachments);
b) Arrival acceptance certificate signed or sealed by the user.
The performance certification documents submitted by the bidder must at least reflect the following contents: name of goods, quantity of supply, and main parameters of horizontal electric submersible pump (capacity,head,pump type,medium). Failure to submit performance certification documents, or the provided performance certification documents cannot verify the above contents, shall be deemed as invalid performance.
