3、投标人资格要求投标人应具备的资格或业绩:投标人资格和业绩要求：Qualification and Achievement requirements for the bidder（1）投标人必须是自主合法技术专利拥有者。2013年1月1日至投标截止日期，投标人须至少具有1套于中华人民共和国境内建成并投产装置规模大于等于30万吨/年高压低密度聚乙烯装置（含EVA）同类装置业绩。投标人需提供合同扫描件(至少包含封面、合同签订时间、承载服务内容页、签章页)。Bidder must be legal patent owner of technology. From January 1, 2013 to now, the bidder shall hA/Ve the performance of one set of LDPE(include EVA) unit in operation with the scale of single line 300Kt/a and above within China Mainland.
